My family and I moved back to St. Albert in July of 2012. We started looking for a new place to live about a year previous. In total, we looked at approximately 40 houses. After many trips to St. Albert and many viewings, we just couldn’t find the ONE, until we looked at the house we eventually bought. As soon as we pulled up, I got that feeling of this is the one. Funny cause my wife did to!

We immediately loved the shape and vastness the house portrayed from the road.  The detail and stonework, along with the color combination of the exterior was excellent and very unique from a lot of the other houses we looked at, which was huge to us! The inside didn’t disappoint, as the quality of the build was immediately noticeable from the finishing, design and color combination. Everything flowed and tied together amazing throughout the entire plan. Nothing was overlooked, every detail was taken care of from the pot lights to the tile, we could tell that James was all about the details. It was absolutely beautiful, I couldn’t find a flaw, believe me I tried. I even had a friend of mine, who is also a builder in St Albert come in and give me a 3^rd party opinion. He said that the house was very well built and full of quality extras that he doesn’t normally see in a lot of other houses in this price range.

It’s been 2 years now, and we have not had any problems or issues with the house or yard, unlike a lot of people I know that have continuous problems with their new homes. We’re extremely happy we purchased our home from James, he was – and still is – a pleasure to deal with. I still call him with questions and he is always happy to help out.
